Pursuant to Decision No. 3666/QD-FTU regarding the issuance of the Regulations for the Student Scientific Research Competition at Foreign Trade University, and Announcement No. 329/TB-FTU dated November 6, 2023, to the Plan for organizing the Student Scientific Research Competition at Foreign Trade University in 2024, the Faculty of International Economics hereby announces the detailed plan for organizing the Preliminary Round of the Student Scientific Research Competition (SSRC) in 2024 as follows:
- Participants: Undergraduate students currently studying at Foreign Trade University at the main campus and its branches.
- Competition regulations: The Student Scientific Research Competition (SSRC) in 2024 will be conducted in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the SSRC Regulations of Foreign Trade University, accompanied by Decision No. 3666/QD-FTU dated October 25, 2023, and Circular No. 45/TT-BGDĐT dated November 11, 2020, regarding the issuance of regulations for awarding prizes in science and technology to young lecturers and students in higher education institutions. - Timeline and implementation schedule:
- November 21, 2023: Launch ceremony for the SSRC 2024 of the Faculty of International Economics and Seminar “Guidelines for the Faculty-level SSRC 2024”.
- From November 21, 2023, to November 29, 2023: Student groups register their research topics for the competition via the link http://shorturl.at/ikKQ1
- From November 21, 2023, to April 22, 2024: Participating student groups conduct their research projects under the guidance of their supervisors (GVHD), with an expected period from January 8, 2024, to February 8, 2024, when the Faculty will organize one seminar on research methods to guide the participating student groups.
- April 22, 2024: Student groups participating in the competition submit their research results, including summary reports (presented according to the regulations in the SSRC Rules), research outcome confirmations, and additional products (journal articles, proceedings, etc.).
- From April 23, 2024, to May 2, 2024: The Faculty will conduct the evaluation of research projects and accompanying products (according to the competition rules stipulated in Decision No. 3666/QD-FTU dated October 25, 2023).
- May 3, 2024: Announcement of the evaluation results of the Preliminary Round of the SSRC.
