The “IE Shine” show, a remarkable event for students from Faculty of International Economics on 25th May 2017 left unforgettable memories on the participants. We were honoured to have Assoc. Prof, Dr Bui Anh Tuan – President of FTU, Assoc. Pro, Dr Nguyen Thu Thuy – Vice President, Dr Pham Thu Huong – Head of Undergraduate Management and Training Department together with lectures from other faculties and departments to attend the event. The judges were Assoc. Prof, Dr Hoang Xuan Binh – Dean of Executive Training Department, Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh and singer Ta Quang Thang.
The highlight was that the finals were performed by lectures and students form the Faculty of International Economics. Moreover, the audience could vote for their best performance through the Vi Viet Application.
The competition was sponsored by VTV6, Sinh Vien Vietnam daily newspaper and Tuoi Tre daily newspaper, Lien Viet Post Bank – gold sponsor, Tieng Trung TCT, Mibo Limited Company and Green Space Company- bronze sponsors.
The show was a variety performance from 6 strongest contestants. Singer Ta Quang Thang, one of the judges stated that the show was a great and wonderful performance from the students. The talent, the youth, the enthusiasm of the students and the lecturers contributed much to the success of the performance.
The group formed of students class of 2014-2018 and lecture Pham Xuan Truong – Tran Thi Mai Anh won the competition. The second runner was FUTURE FORECASTERS and the third runners were L2 and Pinky IE. The other prizes were given to Double D team and Men+.
Moreover, the FUTURE FORECASTERS won the audience vote “Favourite team” through Vi Viet application and the photography contest “Human of FIE”.
The aim of IE SHINE was not only to find and promote talents of the Faculty of International Economics but also to build a platform for students and lectures to work, to understand and to share unforgettable memories.
The Faculty of International Economics expressed great gratitude to the University Board, the Faculties and Departments within the University for their support for the event.
